Gather high-quality images that best represent the individual’s life. Aim for a variety of photos, including portraits, candid moments, and significant events.

Choose appropriate songs that reflect the tone of the slideshow and the personality of the individual. Instrumental or soft vocal tracks are often preferred.

Label and organise photos and music files clearly. This will streamline the process of assembling the slideshow.

Upload the files to the provided storage location that will be sent upon project start. Ensure the files are in commonly used formats (e.g., JPEG for photos, MP3 for music).

Include any special requests, such as the order of photos, duration for each slide, transitions, captions or quotes, and timing of music.

Request a draft version for review. Check for any changes in photo order, timing, or music synchronization.

Once satisfied, confirm the final version. Request the slideshow in the desired format, suitable for playback at the memorial service.
